How to Reduce Inflammation Even If It Is Genetic

From the age of 27 I have been fighting chronic pain and fatigue. Doctors had no answer for me for years. Around the age of 40, I was diagnosed with ME and at 50 I finally tested my genetics and they show that I genetically have a Big problem with Inflammation. Nice to know it is not all in my head, I am not a hypochondriac.

But what can I do?

The medications doctors put me on made my symptoms worse and on top of they caused even more problems.

So I took matters into my hands and started Beach body in March 2019 after finding out my genetics.

Make sure to get you adequate exercise as it helps to reduce inflammation R

The best exercise is one that does not stress your body.

Do not let your heart rate get over 147.

Also the amount of time is important, 20 minutes everyday is all you need.

Go for a brisk walk, dance to your favorite songs, and most of all stretch.

Doing yoga poses everyday along with Zen Swing to relax your nervous system

Drink a lot of Chamomile tea daily. R

Eat more fresh plant produce (especially dark green leafy vegetables, capers, and berries) as they are high in quercetin.

Research has shown that an imbalance of the gut bacteria, can cause problems with histamine R

Keeping track of what you eat and the time of day is key for matching symptoms with certain foods. Example is if I eat after 9:00pm I toss and turn and have night sweats.

If I have eaten anything on my Nope List I have pain and my energy level drops.
