My family and I have been blessed with an RV at the beginning of this year and we have stayed at some of the best RV Parks all around Texas. Houston, Austin, Dallas and now Lake Conroe. We are staying at the Koa in Lake Conroe because we wanted to be close to the TEXAS RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL. Well I don’t know if we will make it to Renfest because there is so much to do here.

Here Is My Review of Lake Conroe/ Houston North KOA.

“But you might be tempted to never leave the campground after you see our deluxe camping cabins and all the RV park recreation we offer right outside your door. We have multiple stocked fishing lakes, basketball, tennis, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, outdoor movie theater, karaoke, ladder golf, indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, playground, paddle boats, and banana bikes. Enjoy our air conditioned game room where you can play ping pong, billiards, air hockey or Foosball.”

Outside our RV was a flock of ducks all happy to find that we loved feeding them. Watching my children laugh and have fun as the ducks would follow them where ever their moved was a nice break from the craziness called life. Then we put our swim suits on and my children enjoyed the pool, sliding and swimming, as myself and my husband enjoyed the hot tub. I woke the next morning to take our dog for a walk around the lake. Fish, turtles, and ducks all greeted me as we walked in the morning breeze.

As I am writing this my children are off in the craft-room making crafts and looking forward to the day filled with Rocket building, ceramic painting, hay rides and the Ice Cream Social. Fun Saturday!!
