Smoking is bad for you.
Smoking is a killer.
This is not news, but if you need another reason to quit smoking, how about an additional $2,000, $4,000 or even $6,000 a year to spend on pleasure?
What could you do with an additional $2,000, $4,000 or even $6,000 a year?
Every time you light up a cigarette you are ingesting poison into your body, while your hard-earned cash is, quite literally, going up in smoke.
Imagine you can convert all those cigarette dollars into an exciting holiday, or a shiny new car you have always dreamed of.
Yes, you can turn around a negative investment in poisons into a positive investment towards a better, healthier, and happier you.
I can’t quit smoking. Believe me, I have tried! There are two main reasons why you—and the millions of people around the world—can not quit smoking. You are addicted to smoking. No, it’s not your fault! Cigarettes contain harmful chemicals added by the manufacturers to keep you addicted! Somewhere, somehow you had the belief that smoking was ‘cool’—TV advertising and glossy magazines, friends made it look that way, right? —or necessity for your sanity. Smoking takes away your money. Smoking takes away your health. Smoking takes away your freedom to interact with people socially. Swap that for an exciting holiday, a shiny new car or the motorbike you have always dreamed of. Swap that for a happy, healthy, lifestyle. Do you want a happier healthier lifestyle? Do you want your money in your bank account and not that of the cigarette manufacturers? This is guided hypnosis that when listened to for 21 days can change your thoughts about smoking. When you change your thought you can change your actions.
Hypnotherapy and Neuroplasticity
Neuroplasticity is the ability for your brain to re-wire itself and hypnotherapy is a powerful tool, that can be used to strengthen your neural-connections or create new neural pathways. Your brain is constantly changing and creating new pathways as a reaction to Your thoughts, Your emotions, and Your experiences.
Did you know that your brains contain about one billion neurons?
Every time you learn a new skill, have a new experience, think a new thought, you change your brain.
If you keep thinking the same thoughts and repeat the same behavior, you keep firing and wiring the same neural patterns. You create your behavior and how you responded to everything that happens in your life.
The words you tell yourself and the pictures you paint inside your mind will create your personal world.
If the words you say and the pictures you paint for yourself are positive, you’ll see positive results in your life.
If they are negative, you will see the negative.
If you are struggling with unwanted habits or emotions, you can learn how to change them. You have the power to change your life.
If you are not succeeding in business or in your personal life, you can learn to change the wiring of your brain so you can reach your full potential.
The brain doesn’t make a distinction between imagined and real.
Do you remember watching a movie and knowing well, what you see on the screen is not real, but still being able to experience a range of different emotions?
Did you ever have a great dream or a nightmare?
Did you ever hear about the placebo and nocebo effect?
As you can see, you use your mind every day, every minute to heal you or to harm you. And every minute, you change your brain.
Your thinking reflects in your body.
Your body reacts to your thoughts.
Do your thoughts make you feel relaxed or stressed?
Do you feel optimistic or negative?
Hypnotherapy helps you access your subconscious mind and focus on what you want to create.
You will learn how to relax and experience in YOUR mind your vision. You will re-wire your brain and learn how to behave and think differently. By repeating the new thoughts and behaviors, you will create new neural pathways. You will literally change your brain as the brain will delete the neural connections, that are no longer needed.
If you want to experience in your life happiness, confidence, calmness, creativity, or resilience you have to think the thoughts, that reflect those qualities.
Hypnotherapy is a great way to create changes in your life, but You need to be committed and work towards the goal.
Your life is the creation of Your mind.

During hypnosis, you are not asleep! You are aware of what’s happening around you. The key is tuning everything out except for the matter you wish to resolve, like having more confidence at work, finding love, stopping procrastinating, or making better habits(food, self-care, self-talk). It can even help you to overcome the fears/anxiety you fight daily.
When you meditate your mind is aware of everything, but you will focus on your breath, a focal point like a candle, or waves coming into shore. As you do this you will increase your self-awareness and it might shed new light on your problems, but it won’t be extremely effective for treating a specific condition in a quick manner.
Meditation, as described by Dr. Joe Dispenza, is becoming familiar with it.
It helps us understand ourselves, the good the bad and the ugly.
So as you become familiar with all your thoughts, your behaviors, and your emotions of your old self(Good & Bad) you can start to let go of the thoughts that are not serving you.
So which one should you do?
Hypnosis can help you treat many conditions with precision, in a short amount of time while meditation can help you become the person you were born to be when practiced daily.
Where are you on this scale?

This is my eating plan. Adjust Macro to your desired eating plan
Fat 50% x calories= total calorie/9=total grams
Protein 30% x calories=total calorie/4=total gram
Carbohydrates 20% x calories=total calorie/4=total grams
The fastest way to lose weight is fasting and/or cutting out complex carbohydrates.
Why? Because you will lose water weight.
Some of the carbs you consume are stored in the form of glycogen.
For every one gram of carbohydrate stored in the body (as glycogen), there are approximately 2-3 grams of water retained.
Net carbs= total carbohydrate intake (in grams) and deducting the total fiber intake (in grams).
Example: Total carbohydrates 65-75 grams – 35-45 grams of fiber per day = 20-40 grams net carb, these are the carbohydrates that raise your insulin levels which will then, in turn, make it impossible to lose fat. Insulin is the guard to the Fat cell. As long as Insulin is in the bloodstream fat will not be used for energy. The best way is to eat 1lb of non-starchy vegetables a day
20 to 49 grams of net carbs per day.
If you cut about 500 calories a day from the diet, you’d lose about 1 pound of fat a week.
10 weeks = 10lbs of fat
By doing this you will notice an array of problems decreasing. Like problems with sleep, Digestion, mental fatigue, and inflammation.
Intermittent Fasting is the easiest way to do that.
12/12 first 3 days
14/10 next 4 days
16/8 for 21 days

The concept behind Mytavin and the Mytavin calculator came to me during a nutrition conference in 2009. This was the first time I had heard drug-induced nutrient depletion. The significance of vitamin and mineral deficiency caused by meds in a society that is overmedicated is astounding. Many common everyday meds are big drivers of nutrient loss. Combine this with the vast and disabling amount of symptoms caused by nutrient deficiency and the need for the medical profession and patients both to understand and respect this is huge.
Pay Attention to Your Body’s Cycles.
The goal is to switch your brain for a few minutes from the busy beta wave state to an alpha wave state. This activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to slow down and the brain to regenerate. It only takes 10-15 minutes of meditation to feel the benefits.
Take an Air Break!
No not a smoke break, a brain break. Every 90 minutes take the time to go outside and take a real break for 10 or 15 minutes. If you can’t go outside try staring out the window or at a calming picture. Now take long breaths through your nose for a count of 8 and out your mouth with a gentle “ha” sound for a count of 8. It does not have to be perfectly timed – you can do it at any time – but there is a scientific reason for aiming for every 90 minutes.
Do Hakalau, a form of meditation from the ancient Hawaiian Huna system called “the walking meditation of the Kahuna.”
The five steps to this form of meditation:
1. Pick a spot on the wall to look at, preferably above eye level, so that your field of vision seems to bump up against your eyebrows, but not so high as to cut off the field of vision.
2. Next “let go.” Take deep slow breaths as you stare at this spot, just let your mind go free from thought, and focus all of your attention on the spot. Spend about 15-20 seconds on this step.
3. Now “spread out.” Continue with your slow deep breathes as you notice that your vision begins to spread out, and you see more in the peripheral than you do in the central part of your vision. Just stay on this step for 20-30 seconds
4. Now, “pay attention” Pay more attention to the peripheral than to the central part of your vision. Try looking behind you.
5. “Stay” in this state for as long as you can.
Start with 5 minutes and work up to 15.
